bought unframed at the residence of seller in Leiden, The
Netherlands, and paid cash. E-mail- or phone seller to
make further arrangements to buy one- or more artworks.
2. The price(s) for the artwork(s) in Euro and USD do not
include:
a. The costs of mailing, transport, shipment and packing.
b. The costs of assurance, banking administration, import
taxes or any administration fees.
3. Each artwork be transport without a passe-partout, a frame
or glass.
4. Each artwork is by shipment correct packed.
5. Each artwork is by shipment assured.
6. There's a printed-, dated- and original hand signed
guarantee of authenticity included of each artwork.
7. Order of an artwork by e-mail or phone (above). Give notice:
a. Title of artwork.
b. Year of origin of artwork.
c. Material and/or technique of artwork.
d. Size of artwork in centimeters or inches.
e. Price of artwork in Euro or USD.
f. Registration code of artwork.
g. The complete name and address of buyer.
8. Seller send you by Airmail the following documents (printed
on paper, dated and original hand signed):
a. Confirmation of order and warranty of guarantee.
b. Regulations of sale.
c. Total amount to pay for buyer: price(s) of the artwork(s),
costs of shipment, costs of assurance and with- or without
any other costs.
9. Payment of the total amount of buyer on the bank account
number of seller.
The printed adding of the payment of buyer on the bank
account of seller (that seller accept), is for seller the
confirmation of the payment of buyer.
The printed writing off of the payment of buyer on the bank
account of seller (that buyer accept), is the receipt of buyer.
